The historic centre of Jávea is well worth a visit, with narrow streets, charming little squares and a lively market. The harbour of Jávea, with its colourful fishing boats and a promenade full of little shops and restaurants, is also a lovely place to wander around for an afternoon.

Day trips to Montgó, Moraira and Dénia
If you want to explore further afield, there are plenty of options for a day trip. The Montgó mountain, which defines the landscape of Jávea, is popular with walkers who love a beautiful view. To the south lies the charming coastal town of Moraira, and a little further on you will find Dénia, with its castle and lively marina.
