The rental price varies by season. On top of that comes €250 for the final cleaning and €100 for a linen package with bed linen, towels and beach towels; both amounts are fixed, regardless of the number of guests or the length of your stay. See the full prices per season.

The security deposit is €500. If you leave the villa tidy and undamaged after your stay, you simply get this amount back.

Check-in is between 16:00 and 19:00, check-out before 10:00.
